What you can expect from us...

  • A member of staff is always on call outside of normal office hours, 365 days a year.
  • We supply staff for single shifts or for longer temporary commissions.
  • We provide pre-selected applicants for permanent vacancies at any level of operation.
  • We can provide your business with a full Human Resource Service to match your individual recruitment needs.
  • We can also assist you with mandatory training such as: Moving and Handling, Emergency First Aid, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety. Additional advanced training includes: City & Guilds – ‘Conflict Management’ and MAYBO – ‘Physical Intervention’.
  • We are registered with the Criminal Records Bureau and undertake police checks on all staff.
  • We are members of REC, the Recruitment Industry Federation, ensuring high standards are met through the temporary care industry.

To our customers we promise to...

  • Provide you with suitably skilled and trained staff.
  • Supply you with a Confidential Worker Profile on each new worker who is sent to your Unit.
  • Ensure all members working within your Unit are wearing identity badges.
  • Visit your work place by arrangement to ensure we place the most appropriate person in your work setting.
  • Respect all confidential information and only share information with people who need to know.
  • Provide you with continuity of service – from the point of contact at CPUK offices to service delivery.
  • Answer the telephone within three rings.
  • Be available in person to respond to your requests for staff - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Make available on request advance availability of our staff as well as any changing details of our booked staff.
  • Endeavour to foster good working relationships between our members and staff within your Unit to ensure
    continuity of support.
  • Respect the individual culture of each work place and support our members to conform as far as possible to its ethics.
  • Come back to you within one hour after you have placed a booking.
  • Only authorise payment from a time sheet with an authorised signature from your company.
  • Investigate any comments or complaints and provide feedback within two days.
  • Admit when we have made a mistake and work to rectify it.
  • Invoice you weekly or monthly enclosing copies of signed time sheets for your records.
  • Supply you with charge rates and notify you of any changes.
